From a young age in the North of England Paul could be found at Public Enemy, De La Soul and Ice Tea concerts and a regular on the dance floors of the clubs in Leeds such as The Warehouse, Gallery and Back to Basics.
Paul’s love of Soul, House, Hip-Hop and funk would often take him London bound to Carnival and the clubs of the city.
Heavily influenced by the eclectic sounds of Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay and Paul Trouble Anderson to name a but a few.
Paul grew up as part of the Acid House generation; evolving to embrace musical influences from legendary New York nightclubs Shelter and Body and Soul helping to shape his love of the groove.
